Refund and Exchange Policy
At Onibatamall, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality shoes. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1.0 Order Cancellation
1.1 You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@onibatamall.com or +2348059847344.
1.2 After 24 hours, we can modify your address, or change your order details. In some cases, it might attract additional fees.
1.3 Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a ₦7,000 restocking fee or 20% of the item value, whichever is greater.
1.4 Customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancelling a custom order will result in a 50% fee of the total order value.
1.5 If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
1.6 If a cancellation or exchange is approved while the item is in transit, shipping costs will not be refunded.
2.0 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Inspection upon delivery: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or video of the item.
- Return window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After approval, you must return the item within 7 days in its original packaging.
- Return process: We will send you a return shipping address or arrange a courier pickup, depending on your location.
2.1 Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The shoes must be clean, odor-free, and free from any alterations.
- Returns for non-defective items must be in resalable condition.
- If the product is defective from our production stage, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized shoes.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.
3.0 Return & Exchange Fees
3.1 If the return is due to no defect or shipping error, you must pay:
- A ₦7,000 restocking fee.
- A return shipping fee, which varies by location.
- A new shipping fee if we send a replacement item.
3.2 If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.
4.0 Refund & Store Credit
4.1 Approved returns can be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit.
4.2 If you choose store credit, you may be exempt from restocking and return fees.
4.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.
5.0 Return Approval & Rejections
5.1 We reserve the right to approve or reject a return based on our policies.
5.2 If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you, and you must pay the shipping fee for resending.
